President - Pam Sidhi
Meet Pam Sidhi, President of the Innovation Academy PTSO, brings over 18 years of experience in project management and nonprofit leadership to her role. With a background in Business Management and dual specialization in Finance and International Business, Pam blends strategic thinking, innovation, and a passion for community building to elevate volunteer engagement and youth programming.
A longtime Atlanta resident and devoted mother to a sophomore at IA, Pam thrives on using technology to solve challenges, fostering meaningful connections, and empowering others to succeed. Her energy, empathy, and commitment make her a driving force in creating inclusive, impactful initiatives that strengthen the IA community.

VP of Ways and Means -Carissa Donges
Meet Carissa Donges, Vice President of Ways and Means for the Innovation Academy PTSO. With a professional background in IT helpdesks, software implementation, and training, Carissa brings strong organizational and systems experience to her volunteer work. She has spent the past 13 years in leadership roles with various PTAs, driven by a desire to stay engaged and positively influence her children's educational journey. Carissa has played a vital role in the start-up efforts of the IA PTSO and has also been instrumental in launching and managing Innovation Academy’s Fencing Program.
Her daughters, one an IA graduate and one currently in 10th grade, share her passion for service and participate in the National Charity League when possible. Carissa’s goal is to help lay a strong and flexible foundation for the PTSO—one that supports growth, adapts with the school’s evolving needs, and enriches the Innovation Academy experience for all students and families.
VP of Student Support - Uli Ingram
Meet Uli Ingram! She’s excited to join the PTSO board this year. Uli has a son at Innovation Academy and another at Roswell High School. Originally from Germany, she has lived in the United States and the Atlanta area—since 1995. Uli is a lecturer at Kennesaw State University, where she teaches geospatial sciences.
VP of School Support - Gayatri Shah
Meet Gayatri Shah, our Vice President of School Support. Originally from India, Gayatri brings both warmth and dedication to the Innovation Academy community. She currently works as a Senior Research Engineer at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), where she contributes her expertise to cutting-edge projects in science and technology. In her free time, Gayatri enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends, and dancing especially to good music!With a passion for education and community, Gayatri is excited to support students, staff, and families through her leadership on the PTSO board this year.
VP of Community Relations - Megan Bradley
Meet Megan Bradley serves as the External School Media Committee Chair and works closely with the VP of Communications for the Innovation Academy PTSO. She is the proud parent of Nick, a current junior at IA. Megan holds a degree in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College and earned her teaching credentials from the University of Richmond. She taught special needs preschool before shifting her focus to community engagement and education advocacy as a dedicated school volunteer.
Wearing many hats within the PTSO, She was instrumental in last year’s success, managing a highly successful Silent Auction and bringing numerous local businesses into the PTSO community. Her passion, creativity, and leadership continue to make a meaningful impact at Innovation Academy.
VP of Communications - Heather Snell
Meet Heather Snell, our Vice President of Communications. Heather is the proud mom of a rising junior at Innovation Academy, Griffin, and a rising freshman at Blessed Trinity. She lives in Roswell with her husband, two kids, and their two dogs. Heather brings a wealth of experience in school and community involvement. She currently serves on the Communications team for the National Charity League, Gardenia Chapter, and has previously held communications and board roles with the Roswell Youth Lacrosse League. Her past leadership also includes serving on the executive board for the Roswell North Elementary Foundation, the RNE PTA, and as the School Governance Council Chair for RNE in 2021.Heather is excited to connect with the IA community and help keep families informed and engaged throughout the school year.
Secretary - Ben Clopper
Meet Ben Clopper, our PTSO Secretary. Ben is the parent of a current Innovation Academy student in the Class of 2029 and a recent IA graduate from the Class of 2025. A Georgia Tech alumnus with a degree in Civil Engineering, Ben is a licensed Professional Engineer who consults for the Georgia Department of Transportation and local governments on the design of roads, bridges, and trails.
Having attended a STEM magnet high school himself in Virginia, Ben brings both personal and professional insight to his role, and is excited to support the IA community again this year.
Treasurer - Todd Kennedy
Todd Kennedy serves as the Treasurer of the Innovation Academy PTSO for a second year. He is the proud father of two IA students—a senior and a sophomore—and brings both professional expertise and a strong commitment to school community engagement.
Todd works as a consultant in the energy industry and also runs a small photography business. Prior to IA, he was actively involved at Haynes Bridge Middle School, where he served as both Treasurer and Co-President of the PTA. His financial leadership and dedication continue to be a tremendous asset to the IA PTSO.
Parliamentarian - Sreevani Sushma Vadlamudi
Meet Sreevani Sushma, this year’s PTSO Parliamentarian. She is the proud parent of a rising junior at Innovation Academy and currently works as a substitute teacher in Fulton County while awaiting her work permit to resume her professional career.
A certified adolescent health counselor, Sreevani finds joy in being around youthful energy and contributing to the growth and well-being of students. While new to volunteering at the high school level, Sreevani was actively involved in PTO/PTA roles during her child's elementary and middle school years. She’s excited to continue that journey at IA, supporting students, teachers, and families as part of the PTSO team
Past President - Andrea Russell
Andrea Russell is our Past President. Her background is in IT and specifically educational software implementations. Andrea has served on several PTO boards throughout her two children's educational careers. Her involvement on the board of the PlusOne Adoption Foundation has been a personal passion for the past several years. Andrea has been a resident of the North Fulton area for the past 12 years. Her daughter is a sophomore in college at Indiana University this year and her son, Ian, is a sophomore here at IA and will be completing the Engineering and IT tracks.
