President - Sharada Chandran

Sharada Chandran serves as President of the Innovation Academy PTSO.

Junior President - Uli Ingram

Meet Uli Ingram! She’s excited to serve on the PTSO board. Uli has a son at Innovation Academy and another at Roswell High School. Originally from Germany, she has lived in the United States and the Atlanta area since 1995. Uli is a lecturer at Kennesaw State University, where she teaches geospatial sciences.

VP of Ways and Means - Elizabeth Kelly

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Kelly, and I serve as the IAPTSO Vice President of Ways and Means. My daughter is a 10th grader here at Innovation Academy, and my son is an 8th grader at Hopewell Middle School. In my role, I focus primarily on membership, fundraising, and spirit wear initiatives.

When I’m not busy with IAPTSO activities, you’ll likely find me shuttling my children to their various sports and activities or, if I’m lucky, spending some time in my garden. You may also see me at Hopewell Middle School, where I serve on the PTA board. I look forward to meeting many of you throughout the year and hope to see you at the spirit wear table during our larger PTSO events!

VP of Student Support - Smita Anaokar

Hi! I’m a mom to two IA kids, one senior and one freshman, and three furry members, a dog and two cats. Originally from India, my husband and I have called Georgia home for the past 20 years, but I’ll always be a proud Penn State alum...Go Nittany Lions!

Professionally, I’m a Product Manager at a lighting manufacturer. Outside of working and hanging out with family, you’ll usually find me planning our next adventure, out on a walk or hike, or attempting to learn Kathak.

I have loved being involved with my kids’ elementary and middle school PTOs, and I’m excited to continue this journey and be part of this amazing team of parent volunteers, teachers, and students at IA.

VP of Staff Support - Kristin Kray

Kristin Kray has a rising freshman at IA and also has a senior at The Cottage School and a sixth grader at Webb Bridge Middle School. She has spent many years serving in various leadership roles on elementary and middle school PTAs and remains heavily involved with CURE Childhood Cancer, including organizing and running an annual golf tournament.

She is excited to join the IA community and contribute her time and energy by supporting the school’s teachers and staff, helping foster a positive environment where both educators and students can thrive.

VP of Community Relations - Dara Amram

Hi, I’m Dara Amram, Vice President of Community Relations for the Innovation Academy PTSO. My husband Jared and I are the proud parents of Eliana, a rising 9th grader, and Colton, a rising 4th grader. We enjoy supporting our children in their education, sports and extracurricular activities as well as spending time with our two dogs, Jessie and Bella.

I am an active volunteer in the City of Roswell and a graduate and volunteer of the Roswell Citizens Police Academy, Roswell Citizens Fire Academy, and the Roswell CORE Community program. I also serve as the webmaster for Colton’s Cub Scout pack.

Over the years, I have held numerous leadership roles in both local and national organizations, including serving as a parents’ group president, board member, and team parent. I have a passion for building community partnerships, creating innovative programs, and strengthening existing initiatives. I am excited to bring my leadership, creativity, and commitment to the Innovation Academy Parent Teacher Student Organization.

VP of Communications - Heather Snell

Meet Heather Snell, our Vice President of Communications. Heather is the proud mom of a rising junior at Innovation Academy, Griffin, and a rising freshman at Blessed Trinity. She lives in Roswell with her husband, two kids, and their two dogs. Heather brings a wealth of experience in school and community involvement. She currently serves on the Communications team for the National Charity League, Gardenia Chapter, and has previously held communications and board roles with the Roswell Youth Lacrosse League. Her past leadership also includes serving on the executive board for the Roswell North Elementary Foundation, the RNE PTA, and as the School Governance Council Chair for RNE in 2021. Heather is excited to connect with the IA community and help keep families informed and engaged throughout the school year.

Secretary - Ben Clopper

Meet Ben Clopper, our PTSO Secretary. Ben is the parent of a current Innovation Academy student in the Class of 2029 and a recent IA graduate from the Class of 2025. A Georgia Tech alumnus with a degree in Civil Engineering, Ben is a licensed Professional Engineer who consults for the Georgia Department of Transportation and local governments on the design of roads, bridges, and trails.

Having attended a STEM magnet high school himself in Virginia, Ben brings both personal and professional insight to his role, and is excited to support the IA community again this year.

Treasurer - William Bradley

William “Brad” Bradley is a seasoned credit and risk management executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large organizations and driving strategic initiatives across several top-tier financial institutions. Brad holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He lives in Johns Creek with his family and has a senior son in the Information Technology pathway. He has been actively involved in his children’s schools over the past several years and is excited to support and contribute to the IA community.

Parliamentarian - Sreevani Sushma Vadlamudi

Meet Sreevani Sushma, this year’s PTSO Parliamentarian. She is the proud parent of a rising junior at Innovation Academy and currently works as a substitute teacher in Fulton County while awaiting her work permit to resume her professional career.

A certified adolescent health counselor, Sreevani finds joy in being around youthful energy and contributing to the growth and well-being of students. While new to volunteering at the high school level, Sreevani was actively involved in PTO/PTA roles during her child’s elementary and middle school years. She’s excited to continue that journey at IA, supporting students, teachers, and families as part of the PTSO team.

Past President - Pam Sidhi

Meet Pam Sidhi, Past President of the Innovation Academy PTSO. She brings over 18 years of experience in project management and nonprofit leadership. With a background in Business Management and dual specialization in Finance and International Business, Pam blends strategic thinking, innovation, and a passion for community building to elevate volunteer engagement and youth programming.

A longtime Atlanta resident and devoted mother to a student at IA, Pam thrives on using technology to solve challenges, fostering meaningful connections, and empowering others to succeed. Her energy, empathy, and commitment make her a driving force in creating inclusive, impactful initiatives that strengthen the IA community.
